Relabel all code related to "Text Editors" category

We recently created Category:Markdown and Category:Text Editors, however all the code is still labeled with other categories like Category:Team Planning.

Technical issues such as flaky tests are being assigned to wrong groups because of this, and not discoverable.

We need to reattribute this code to proper categories
