Customization for pipeline raw output background

Proposal

US Gov. customer would like the ability to customize the pipeline raw output theming. At the moment the only option is a dark background, which can be fatiguing to some users. We would like to be able to use the same theming as set in user preferences. At the minimum we would like to be able to change the background of the raw output.
