PHASE 2 - Update "To confirm the vulnerability is fixed" documentation to include VR in the MR

Problem to Solve

Users need confirmation that the changes they've made using GitLab Duo Vulnerability Resolution resolved their vulnerability. As a developer I want to know that I have fixed the vulnerability so that I can move on to the next task.

Using GitLab Duo Vulnerability Resolution on a Vulnerability finding (PHASE 2)

When a user clicks on a vulnerability finding in a merge request, they can click on Resolve with AI. Users will need to apply the suggestion and re-run the pipeline to determine if the suggested fix solves the vulnerability. Vulnerabilities that are fixed will appear under the "fixed" section in the MR security widget. Vulnerabilities that are not fixed, will continue to show up in the "new" section of the MR security widget.
