Group Applications can only display a max of 100

Summary

Creating more than 100 Group Applications results in only the first 100 being displayed in the list under Settings -> Applications .

Steps to reproduce

Access a group -> Settings -> Applications and create more than 100 Group Applications.

Result: Only 100 will be displayed.

Will be added as an internal note.

What is the current bug behavior?

Only 100 applications are being displayed.

What is the expected correct behavior?

When creating more than 100 applications, they should get displayed correctly.
