Request support for Codestral in APAC

We are queueing up a discussion with Google to share some of the observed latency profiles and make the case for APAC support for Codestral serving. I'll probably push on that one most specifically but thanks for highlighting the broader Codey coverage above and beyond APAC. I'd certainly like to see Codestral coverage that approaches Codey parity.
