Backend: Expose Pipeline/Job-Status via Prometheus

Description

It's a little hard to get an overview of all Pipeline-Stats (successful/failed).

Proposal

As Prometheus is already being integrated, it would be neat to have ci/pipeline-stats exposed via prometheus also. This way it could be integrated into existing solutions like Grafana, instead of having to use a 3rd option...
