Navigating pages in old dashboard UI loses `/search` in URL

Problem to Solve

When navigating through the "Old UI" and hitting next page. The URL drops the /search and reverts back to /merge_requests. This causes it to go to the new dashboard and not load the next page of results.

Proposal

We should not drop the /search part of the URL.
