Create entries for external files defined on gitlab-ci.yml

Follow up issue from: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/4262

Based on: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/4262#note_57331913, we should have Entry::Include and Entry::External instead of the external module. This will improve maintainability in the long term
