Proposal

Add a cancel button to stop policy execution in case there is performance issue with runners

Problem statement: Top-level group policy enforcement may lead to performance issues in the existing runners which may further aggravate problems like cluster overload / failure.

Impact

Benefits: Security/Compliance teams will be able to stop pipelines in case of runner performance / overload issues.
