The purpose of this issue is to finalize the ResolveVulnerabilitiesForRemovedAnalyzers migration added by Add migration to resolve vulnerabilities from r... (!157776 - merged) • Adam Cohen • 17.3.

As discussed here, this needs to be scheduled for %17.6.
