Add links to scope section of policy drawer

  idea(non-blocking): Not sure if this was already discussed and for sure it's not in scope of this MR, but I think it would be cool if we added a link to the groups and projects. We could also then use fullPath for :key and could get rid of the uniqueId method 🤔
