[FE] Update Error Banner to Warning Banner + Improve Messaging

note: I don't think these enhancements are blockers to releasing this feature but would be top of the list of improvements post-launch -- invite feedback from UX/TW if they think this is a need to have

Situation

As seen in this demo, at 0:47, Latoria Parker is invited to the group as a developer but they get an error (screenshot below) that they have not been invited but are queued for approval. Latoria Parker an internal non-billable user within the instance but just new to the group, so that is why they are queued for promotion.

Work to do

  • Instead of showing the alert in the modal (which makes it seem like the invite failed), that maybe we consider showing it on the page after the user clicks Invite and the modal closes, which would look something like this:

    • OR we could show the warning variant of an alert, which is designed to "Caution the user that their attention or action may be needed within the current context, but it may not be critical." Danger (red) implies something is critical.

  • Rewording the alert with some help from TW. From a user perspective, this is not an "invite error" but rather an invite notice since they have been placed into an approval mode.
