Inherited dates aren't shown correctly on epic work items hierarchy

Summary

In this epic &11464, start date is set to inherited whereas due date is fixed. However, when an epic is viewed in new UX, it shows start date as none, but when viewed in legacy mode, start date shows up correctly;

Now this is as per as rules defined in &11409 (closed), however,there's an issue with inheritance where dates are allowed to be chronologically incorrect; i.e. start date being ahead of due date or due date being in the past than start date and as a result these dates are then included in work item dates widget which leads to timeframe shown incorrectly;
