Update Health Status badge in Child/Linked widget to no longer be badges

Problem to solve

As we move towards using badges in list items to indicate status (#479576 (closed) & &11975), the Health Status is competing with this due to the fact that it is currently a badge as well.

Proposal

Update the Health Status indicator within Child/Linked items to no longer be a badge. See design for details.

• Use icon + text for the Health Status indicator within items, using the following icons/colors
  • On Track – status-health icon using green-500
  • Needs attention – warning icon using orange-500
  • At risk – error icon using red-500
