Work item sticky header doesn't account for collapsed nav sidebar

Summary

When the nav sidebar is collapsed the sticky header content shifts and is no longer aligned with the page content.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a work item with content/window size to allow scrolling
  2. Scroll so the sticky header appears
  3. Collapse the nav sidebar cmd+\
