Docs feedback: macOS GitLab Runner Setup guide references EOL Ruby version

Problem to solve
The macOS GitLab Runner setup documentation at https://docs.gitlab.com/runner/configuration/macos_setup.html mentions setting ruby 2.7.4 as the global ruby version, but ruby 2.7 reached end of life in March 2023. Should the documentation be updated to a newer ruby version, or is 2.7.4 still required?
Proposal
Recommend updating to a ruby 3 version unless ruby 2.7.4 is still required.
