Increase child items to 100 per page prior to `load more` prompt

The following feedback was received during the rollout of the new epic experience. As per Kushal: "We can try bumping that number to 100 now that we have production data to test against and if we find load times to increase significantly, we can move to 50. 👍"

Related to the read more discussion above, the Load more button at the bottom of the child item list really threw me. I didn't see it at first, and totally missed that the epic (arguably a container for issues) would not show all the issues by default.

I'm also really curious what problem we're trying to solve here. If there are too many issues that it takes a long time to scroll through them, I don't think hiding them is the answer. Instead, it seems like natural feedback that perhaps the user should be breaking down epics at a more granular level.
