deduplication of vulnerabilities if multiple scanners (of the same type) are in use

I've got once customer who will be running multiple security scanners of the same type (in this case: Container Scanning). The reason is that they need specific features of different scanners to get an overall view of all potential security vulnerabilities.

Release notes

When running multiple security scanners of the same time it would result into multiple duplications of the very same CVE as naturally there will be big overlap on found CVEs. GitLab should provide some sort of de-duplication capabilities to ensure that one CVE is only found once in the vulnerability reports.

Problem to solve / Proposal

Add built-in capabillities to prevent multiple vulnerabilities of the same time to pop up even though they have been found by multiple scanners.
