Custom Push Protection Rules

Problem to solve

Customers may want to customize push protection rules because they maintain their own secret patterns, or because they want to detect additional secrets that are not included by default. Allowlist for push protection will enable customers to exclude rules. Another method of adding custom detections/rules is needed.

Proposal

Provide the ability to add additional regex patterns to be detected by push protection.
