Remove btn-danger from submit buttons in forms

There are 2 submit buttons in forms that are styled as danger and as per our design system these should be confirm buttons: https://design.gitlab.com/patterns/forms#buttons

The 2 buttons discussed are:

• app/views/groups/settings/_advanced.html.haml#L31
• app/views/projects/edit.html.haml#L99

As they are each medium severity destructive actions, they each should have some "additional step to prevent a user from accidentally completing a medium-severity destructive action" (https://design.gitlab.com/usability/destructive-actions)
