Remove container-scanning report warning from CI job

Introduction

Remove container-scanning report warning from CI job for container scanning for registry jobs.

1. Jobs related Container scanning for registry ends up with ERROR: No files to upload.
2. This is happening because we don't generate gl-container-scanning-report.json in case of container scanning for registry.

Proposal

Update the container scanning for registry template to exclude gl-container-scanning-report.json.
