Consolidate the information with the approvals widget and reviewers selection

When reviewing Enhance merge request reviewer assignment (&12878 - closed), we can see that we are moving forward with displaying the relationship between reviewers and approvals. However at the same time this can be seen as displaying the same information in 3 different ways on the same page.

The screenshot below illustrates what a user might see on a wide screen where the reviewer drawer would not block the rest of the content on the page:

• the approvals widget
• the reviewers sidebar, and
• the reviewers assignment drawer
