Remove "Responses generated by AI" message from Duo Chat

Context

We permanently sticky the message Responses generated by AI at the top of the chat field. As the product matures, polishing the chat panel is a great opportunity for us to put our Iteration CREDIT value into action.

Why it's important

Chat interfaces are information-dense and interactions are repeated frequently. For this reason, redundant content hurts the product experience, esp. on smaller devices or in the IDE. Furthermore, this text has created maintenance work due to issues with theming across IDEs.

Our competitors have moved towards refined chat interfaces. We should do the same and polish our chat UI by removing redundant elements.

Proposed solution

Remove the text Responses generated by AI.

Why:

• User already understands they're using an AI chat via the icon, empty state message, and interacting with chat.
• This aligns with how competitors present their UI.
