Geo Nodes page shows incorrect version of secondaries

Summary

Steps to reproduce

Upgraded the primary from 10.3.5 to 10.4.2. Navigate to admin/geo_nodes and see the version on the secondaries shows 10.4.2 when they are running version 10.3.5.

I have been able to reproduce locally.
