[FE] Add custom permission request and feedback in docs and UI

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

Problem to solve

As we continue to release custom permissions, we want to increase visibility into how users and internal team members can request custom permissions or give feedback to custom role feature applicable to their use case.
