In-product feature for time off coverage

GitLab provides a busy status indicator to show everyone you're not available:
It would be nice to also have a coverage option where you could assign people or group tags to cover for you. This information could be used by bots to intercept mentions when you're busy and reply with: '@user1 is busy right now. @user2 is covering for them.'.
