Zoekt continuous profiling not working on gprd

The continuous profiling for zoekt is no longer working in the gprd environment. The service does not show up in the service list, suggesting no samples are being sent. It appears to be working in the gstg environment.

Profiling is crucial in order to find bottlenecks and ensure the service is operating smoothly and is able to scale. It can also help with cost management.
