Proposal

Currently, the Pipeline must succeed is an option set on the project level: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/merge_requests/auto_merge.html#allow-merge-after-skipped-pipelines

It would be useful to be able to have this configurable for specific branches only.
