The CI/CD Settings page is only accessible to maintainer plus. But the link shows up for developers as well and returns a 404.

Intended users

User experience goal

Do not present links to a role that cannot be accessed by them by design.

Proposal

Change the hyperlink from CI/CD Settings to docs link for better user experience.
