Provide a better interface for the vulnerability detail view for 3rd party vendors

Problem to solve

At the moment, we do not provide a clean interface for 3rd party vendors to impact the look of the vulnerability detail view. 3rd party vendors can add identifiers etc. but it is not possible yet to integrate new sections to the displayed vulnerability. Such interfaces can be useful to link to the 3rd party vendor platforms or to display more contextual information.

Proposal

Providing more customisation of the vulnerability detail view that enables vendors to add new sections and to link to their platform.

Suggested workaround

A temporary solution could be to piggyback on the description field by appending strings like <br> <br> <br> **Section:** <br> <ul> <li>[link](http://link) </li> </ul> to mimic custom sections or to provide links to external resources.
