Design: Add AI filtering on Vulnerability Report

Overview

We need a way for users to go directly to vulnerabilities that have AI assistance (through Vulnerability Explanation and Vulnerability Resolution). In order to do that, we need to offer filtering by AI on the Vulnerability Report and on the security tab of the Pipelines page.
