  issue (non-blocking): When hitting the OAuth misconfigured issue, let's add instructions for how an administrator needs to resolve this to the Troubleshooting docs.

Acceptance Criteria

• Docs have been added in the Troubleshooting section for admin users to resolve this issue
• Docs are linked to in the warning message in the UI
