List the probe results on the GitLab Duo Pro page

Problem to solve

As a quick follow-up to #474859 (closed), this issue will be focused on exposing the results from the probe test in the frontend to make the pass/fail checks discoverable by Administrators in managed.

Proposal

Using the /admin/health_check as inspiration, we may start with simply displaying the results in a simple format after Run health check is selected. Specifics to be determined in the merge request.

The UX is going to be flexible to what is deemed feasible with this initial iteration. A more robust UI will be built in a subsequent UI that will align with #472637 (closed).
