Implementation

• add edit button that navigates users to the policy editor for the policy (MR)
• add delete button on the project level that navigates users to the merge request to delete the policy (MR)
  • ensure there is a loading icon
• add delete button on the group level and show modal for potential performance issues (context)
• add mobile screen styling for status icons (context)
