Work Items: Should we stop injecting lots of values to Vue and grab them via API instead?

We inject a LOT of values from rails to Vue for work items

we have an ambitious plan to be able to open the contextual view everywhere, and work item detail relies on like ~15 values we pass from Rails

Moved from slack, the discussion didn't really result in any decisions, just agreement that this COULD be moved to an API
