GitLab for Jira Cloud app configuration UI display broken

Problem

When configuring the GitLab for Jira Cloud app, the UI we present from GitLab has some visual bugs. The UI is still usable though.

Steps

Install the GitLab for Jira Cloud app into your Jira Cloud project, then click Get started, authenticate, and then go to link groups.
