"No Longer Detected" Field Available Through Jira API

Problem to solve

Customers struggle with maintaining bi-directional automation between GitLab Vulnerabilities + Jira. For customers with thousands of vulnerabilities, it is hard for them to manually track the status of specific vulnerabilities and close out vulnerabilities that have already been remediated.

Proposal

The "No Longer Detected" Field being available through Jira API, so a flag can be created once a vulnerability is no longer detected within GitLab.

This will allow for customers to query this field and in a workaround way find which vulnerabilities have been remediated and issues that can be closed out.
