User mapping - Show inline errors for users once CSV is processed

When CSV is processed, there are some source users that are in the failed state. This should include a reason for the failure that needs to be shown inline for each user.

This should be added on the backend and sent to the frontend via the GraphQL query for importSourceUsers.
