Remove old Web IDE terminal

Description

In the old Web IDE we have a "Web Terminal" sidebar which points to some non-existent docs on how to set it up. We removed documentation for this feature in this MR !117778 (merged)

Can we remove this UI? Should we point to Workspaces docs instead?
