Enable 'Report Abuse' button on Snippets

Proposal

• Currently the action menu on snippets does not contain a Report Abuse menu item

• To report a Snippet for spam or illegal content, instead a user must navigate to the snippet creator's profile page and find the Report Abuse button on that page, and provide the snippet URL on the following page
• This can lead to situations where customers assume that spam must be reported via a support request (such as in this ticket (Internal only))
• It would be logical to assume that individual content pages or items would have their own Report Abuse button
• If a Report Abuse button were added to individual snippet pages the Link to Spam field in the report could be automatically filled with the snippet URL, minimising the cognitive load on the user creating the report
