Allow configuring multiple email addresses per group/project basis

Description

I would like to keep my personal & professional life separate.

Say, I have projects under my company's group. I have personal projects as well. Now, I would want to get my personal project related notifications in my personal email and company related notifications to company email.
Current behaviour only supports keeping 1 email for all notifications.
