Allow customizable expiration interval for tokens, greater than 365 days

Currently, the admins are allowed to set Limit the lifetime of access tokens, but the maximum value is 365 days.

In some use cases, customers would prefer increasing tokens expiration to beyond 365 days.

Proposal

Allow more freedom in setting the expiration by increasing this to some reasonable value, maybe 3 years.
