Getting below error when running pipeline and at the end, while uploading the artifacts getting below error. this is not self hosted gitlab.

ERROR: Uploading artifacts as "archive" to coordinator... 413 Request Entity Too Large  id=7353711070 responseStatus=413 Request Entity Too Large status=413 token=glcbt-66
FATAL: too large

As per Gitlab docs, we need to change "Maximum artifacts size (MB)" , but those setting are not under Settings > CI/CD > Continuous Integration and Deployment. or any other places.
