Show a warning when user select a personal namespace to import to

Problem

We won't be mapping user contributions in projects imported into personal namespaces. We want users to know about it. Placeholder users would be created only when the migration is done to a group and not a personal namespace. For imports to personal namespaces we will use Importer User - that means that all contributions will be assigned to Importer User and not to actual users and not to importing user.

Solution

Show a warning in the UI and respond with warning in the API when user select a personal namespace to import resources into. Instruct users to import the project to a group if they want the contributions to be mapped.

Document it clearly.

Please note: Direct Transfer doesn’t support migrating projects into personal namespaces. This only applies to other imports which support personal namespaces.
