GLQL embedded issue list PoC

Once Bundle GitLab Query Language (GLQL) with GitLab... (#440857 - closed) • Unassigned • Next 1-3 releases is complete, we want to start by preparing a Proof of Concept for the first feature using it: a special markdown syntax which renders an issue list based on GLQL query.

Goals:

• UX demo and review - something working that PM and others can play around with and test (can be a branch you need to run in GDK)
• discovering technical blockers
• refining PoC to a list of issues we can execute on next milestone

Non-goals:

• merging anything to master
• figuring out a perfect UX, perfect markdown syntax, etc...
