Set `vulnerabilities` schema to`gitlab_sec`

Implementation Plan

• Set the gitlab schema for the specified table to gitlab_sec
• Permit and flag any cross join issues that arise from this modification and list it in the cross join table of the epic for later resolution to achieve a green pipeline and mergeable MR.
