Clean up resolve vulnerability unit_primitives

As part of the GA release of Resolve Vulnerability, we're moving both to stand-alone services in the Cloud Connector. The purpose of this issue is to remove the unit primitives from the anthropic and vertex proxies in ee/config/cloud_connector/access_data.yml after the stand-alone services have been released.
