Clicking badge on image does not expand discussion

Steps to reproduce

1. open merge request diff (e.g. winniehell/test!6 (diffs))
2. resolve image discussion (or just collapse it)
3. click badge with corresponding number on image

What is the current bug behavior?

nothing happens

What is the expected correct behavior?

discussion is expanded (like it is when clicking the badge next to it)
