Commit description doesn't render clickable URLs

Allow URLs in the commit description to be rendered as a clickable link

URLs in commit titles are rendered as clickable links, while URLs in commit descriptions are not rendered as clickable links.

It seems like there are differences in how these fields are rendered in the UI:
