UX: VSD and AI impact panel title improvements

Problem to solve

Some of the analytics dashboard panels have inconsistent title formatting. We need to update them to be more consistent.

Additonally the DORA performers score visualization does not indicate what time period the data is being display for.

Current state

It mentions in the docs that this value is calculated "monthly", but it takes some effort to track this down, and the description could be more specific.

Change the following panel titles:

Old	New
Lifecycle metrics: GitLab.org (group)	Lifecycle metrics for the GitLab.org group
DORA metrics: GitLab.org (group)	DORA metrics for the GitLab.org group
Security metrics: GitLab.org (group)	Security metrics for the GitLab.org group
AI usage metrics: GitLab.org (group)	AI usage metrics for the GitLab.org group
DORA performers score for GitLab.org group	DORA performers score for the GitLab.org group (Last full calendar month)
